CM Balochistan Pays Tribute to Martyred Azmat Khan Bugti for Sacrifice in Fight Against Terrorism

Dera Bugti: Chief Minister of Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti visited the residence of martyred Azmat Khan Bugti in Bekar, Upper Dera Bugti, to offer condolences and prayers for the deceased during his one-day visit to the area.
Former Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar, former provincial minister Khalid Lango, and other local elders accompanied the chief minister during the visit.
Azmat Khan Bugti, considered a close and long-time associate of Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti, was recently martyred while bravely fighting terrorists.
The chief minister prayed for the elevation of the martyr’s rank and for patience and strength for the bereaved family.
Speaking on the occasion, Mir Sarfraz Bugti paid glowing tribute to the slain associate, saying that Azmat Khan Bugti set a great example of bravery, loyalty, and sacrifice by laying down his life for the protection of the homeland, peace, and his land.
He said such courageous and sincere individuals are valuable assets of the nation whose sacrifices can never be forgotten.
The chief minister stated that the people of Balochistan have always stood shoulder to shoulder with the state and law enforcement agencies against terrorism and have rendered unforgettable sacrifices for the establishment of peace.
He added that terrorist elements are enemies of Balochistan’s peace, development, and prosperity, but their malicious intentions will be defeated through public support and the sacrifices of state institutions.
Mir Sarfraz Bugti said the sacrifices of martyrs are a shining chapter in the nation’s history and assured that the Balochistan government would never leave the families of martyrs alone.
He emphasized that ensuring the dignity, welfare, and support of martyrs’ families is the government’s responsibility and all possible measures will be taken in this regard.
The chief minister also reaffirmed the government’s resolve to maintain peace, protect citizens, and eliminate terrorism in Balochistan, stating that the sacrifices made for peace would not go in vain.
