JUI-F to Hold “Historic and Decisive” Mufti Mahmood Conference in Qila Saifullah: Senator Abdul Wasi

Quetta:Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) Balochistan chief, Senator Maulana Abdul Wasi, has announced that the upcoming *Mufti Mahmood Conference* in Qila Saifullah will be a “historic and decisive gathering,” serving as a milestone for both the party’s legacy and the broader Muslim Ummah.

Addressing party members, Abdul Wasi said the conference, scheduled for **October 14**, would not only revive JUI-F’s rich political and religious traditions but also provide ideological and political guidance at a time of deep challenges for the Muslim world.

He stressed that every district must dedicate its full energy to ensure the success of the event. *“This day will be written in golden words of history, provided each worker and leader gives their utmost,”* he said.

Paying tribute to late scholar and political thinker Mufti Mahmood, Abdul Wasi described him as a farsighted leader whose principled politics always guided the Muslim nation. He said Pakistan’s political history recognizes Mufti Mahmood as a “beacon of ideology” who proved that Islam guarantees justice, equality, and true freedom.

He added that in today’s era of ideological and political turmoil, the leadership of JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman, inspired by Mufti Mahmood’s vision, was more crucial than ever.

Abdul Wasi further noted that the responsibility for making the event unforgettable lies heavily on JUI-F’s Qila Saifullah chapter. He urged workers not to view it as a routine program but as a “revolutionary mission,” calling for massive participation from across the province.

*“This conference will send a clear message that JUI-F remains the strongest and most organized force truly representing the people, dedicated to implementing the Islamic system and solving public problems,”* he said.
