National Party Balochistan President’s Controversial Remarks on Hazara Community Condemned
QUETTA: National Party Central Committee member Dr Muhammad Ramzan Hazara has strongly condemned a controversial social media statement attributed to the party’s Balochistan President Aslam Baloch regarding the identity cards of members of the Hazara community.
Dr Ramzan Hazara described the statement as “shameful” and called on the party leadership to take immediate notice of what he termed an irresponsible and controversial statement.
He alleged that a “organised conspiracy” was underway within the party to distance various communities in Balochistan, particularly the Hazara community, from the National Party’s positive political narrative.
According to Dr Ramzan Hazara, certain elements he described as a “so-called mafia” were attempting to damage the party’s image and create divisions among different communities.
He urged the National Party leadership to immediately address the issue and take appropriate action regarding Aslam Baloch’s statement.
Dr Ramzan Hazara emphasised that political parties should promote unity and harmony among Balochistan’s diverse communities rather than statements that could create divisions and mistrust.
