Water Shortage, Traffic Disorder and Filth Continue to Plague Quetta

QUETTA (Daily Qudrat Quetta): Urban problems continue to persist in the provincial capital, with water shortages, traffic congestion, poor sanitation and inadequate public transport causing difficulties for residents.

Citizens said that the rapid growth in the city’s population had been accompanied by a steady increase in civic problems, highlighting the urgent need for an effective administrative strategy and immediate measures to improve the situation.

According to residents, the supply of clean drinking water remains uncertain in several areas, affecting daily life. Meanwhile, poor road conditions and inadequate traffic management have further added to the difficulties faced by commuters.

Residents expressed hope that the relevant authorities would take immediate and practical steps to address these longstanding civic issues and improve living conditions in the city.
