Aslam Raisani Says Baloch Issues Cannot Be Resolved by Infrastructure Alone, Calls for Political Dialogue

Quetta (Khabar Daily) — Former Chief Minister of Balochistan and Chief of Sarawan, Nawab Aslam Raisani, has stated that the problems faced by the Baloch people cannot be resolved merely by constructing a new assembly building.
In a statement posted on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), he emphasized that the real need is the restoration of trust between the state and the people, meaningful political dialogue, and the provision of historic national rights.
Raisani stressed that a lasting solution lies in ensuring the “right to governance” and granting the province full control over its resources.
Commenting on international affairs, he expressed support for diplomatic engagement and dialogue between Iran and the United States, adding that any mediating party must also take responsibility for identifying the aggressor in such conflicts.
He concluded by stating that sustainable peace cannot be achieved through ceasefire alone but requires the establishment of genuine justice.
