Awaran Operation Radd-ul-Fitna 3 Success Commendable, Killing of Four Militants Shows Effective Strategy: Sarfraz Bugti
QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti has praised the successful security operation in Awaran under Operation Radd-ul-Fitna 3, saying the killing of four militants demonstrated the effectiveness of the security forces’ counterterrorism strategy.
The chief minister said the operation, conducted on the basis of confirmed intelligence, and the effective use of modern technology reflected the professional capabilities of the security forces.
Bugti described the recovery of a large quantity of military equipment and other material from the militants as another significant achievement.
He made it clear that no concession would be given to elements seeking to undermine peace and security in Balochistan. He said security forces were continuing operations against terrorist elements with full determination and resolve.
The chief minister said the people of Balochistan had rejected those opposed to peace and held the sacrifices of the security forces in high regard.
He reiterated that the sacrifices made by the nation and security forces in the fight against terrorism would not go in vain.
“Operations against terrorist elements will continue until lasting peace is established in Balochistan,” Bugti said.
He praised the brave personnel of the security forces for their services in protecting the country and its people, saying their efforts remained a source of pride for the nation.
