Key PTI and PML-Q Leaders Join PML-N in Balochistan, Governor Welcomes New Members

Quetta:Governor Balochistan **Jaffar Khan Mandokhail** warmly welcomed the joining of several political leaders from **Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)** and **Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q)** into the **Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N)**, calling it a clear reflection of their **commitment to national service**.
Speaking to provincial leaders of PML-N, Governor Mandokhail said, *“We welcome all new members with open hearts and minds. Your inclusion will strengthen and stabilize our political caravan.”*
In a significant political development, several prominent figures including:
* **Mir Shaukat Baloch**, former district Nazim of Kharan and member of PTI’s Central Executive Committee,
* **Shehzada Bahadur Khan Pirakzai**, PTI District President,
* **Ali Ahmed Mohammadhassani**, PTI General Secretary,
* **Mir Sajjad Mengal**, President of PTI’s Student Wing,
along with **hundreds of other PTI office-bearers and supporters**, formally announced their resignation from PTI and joined PML-N.
Additionally, **Jahangir Shah**, a senior leader of PML-Q, also announced his joining of PML-N during the same ceremony.
The event was attended by prominent PML-N provincial figures, including:
* **Provincial Finance Minister Mir Shoaib Nosherwani**,
* **Minister Mir Asim Kurd Gello**,
* **MPA Ashok Kumar**,
along with other party leaders and office-bearers.
Governor Mandokhail reiterated that **PML-N is a national political party committed to equal development and public welfare**. “We take pride in having you onboard and will continue our efforts for the prosperity and progress of Pakistan,” he added.
Speaking on the occasion, Finance Minister **Mir Shoaib Nosherwani** praised the leadership of **Governor Mandokhail** and termed the mass joining of political leaders and tribal elders from other parties as a **positive and promising sign** for the party’s future.
Meanwhile, **Minister Asim Kurd Gello** stated that the inclusion of PTI and PML-Q leaders will **greatly strengthen** PML-N’s position in the province and beyond.
The wave of political realignments comes at a crucial time, with shifting loyalties ahead of expected electoral activity and growing dissatisfaction within rival parties.
