Balochistan CM Sarfraz Bugti Praises Security Forces, Vows Relentless Action Against Terrorists
Quetta: Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti has praised the successful operations carried out by security forces in different parts of the province, commending the Pakistan Army, Balochistan Police, Frontier Corps (FC), and other law enforcement agencies for their courage, professionalism, and dedication.
In a statement, the chief minister said the recent terrorist incidents in Balochistan were part of a coordinated attempt to undermine Pakistan’s peace, development, and national stability. He added that state institutions, the provincial government, and the people remain united and fully committed to defeating every hostile plan.
Bugti said repeated attempts to disrupt peace, development, and public confidence in Balochistan through terrorism had failed in the past and would continue to fail.
He stated that the security forces demonstrated exceptional bravery, professional competence, and timely action in responding effectively to the militants, proving that Pakistan’s defenders are fully capable of confronting every threat.
Paying tribute to the fallen personnel, the chief minister said those who sacrificed their lives for the country’s peace and the protection of its citizens are a source of pride for the entire nation, and their sacrifices will always be remembered.
Bugti said the successful operations against militants in Kharan and Dalbandin reflect the state’s firm resolve to eliminate terrorism completely.
He further pledged that operations against terrorists, their facilitators, and their supporters would continue without discrimination, adding that no one would be allowed to sabotage Balochistan’s peace, the future of its people, or the province’s ongoing development.
The chief minister described Balochistan as an integral part of Pakistan and said every conspiracy aimed at harming its stability and prosperity would be defeated through unity between the state and the people.
He reaffirmed the provincial government’s commitment to protecting lives and property, ensuring lasting peace, and promoting comprehensive development across the province.
Concluding his statement, Bugti vowed that terrorists, their facilitators, and their backers would be brought to justice wherever they may be, adding that the fight against terrorism would continue with full determination until the last terrorist is eliminated.
