PPP Committed to Serving All Citizens, Will Not Tolerate Negligence in Addressing Gas, Electricity, and Water Issues: Mir Liaqat Lahri
**Quetta:** Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader and Parliamentary Secretary for Transport, Mir Liaqat Lahri, has reaffirmed the party’s commitment to serving the public without any discrimination and vowed that negligence in resolving citizens’ problems will not be tolerated.
Speaking during a meeting with local elders and community representatives at his office on Thursday, Mir Liaqat Lahri listened to detailed accounts of public and administrative issues from various constituencies. The concerns raised included transport difficulties and chronic deficiencies in essential services such as gas, electricity, water, and sewage.
He assured participants that addressing these issues is his top priority and emphasized that the PPP leadership firmly believes in public service. He stated that all efforts will be made to raise citizens’ problems in the relevant forums and legislative bodies to ensure practical and sustainable solutions.
Mir Liaqat Lahri also instructed the concerned departments to take immediate action on complaints and resolve issues related to gas, electricity, water, and sewage to provide tangible relief to the public. He stressed that any form of negligence or inaction in addressing these matters will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
