Son of Naib Qasid Tops in KP in CSS 2025 Exam, Secures 18th Position Nationwide

Buner: In a remarkable achievement, the son of a naib qasid working at the Deputy Commissioner’s Office in Buner has made history by securing the top position in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and 18th position overall in the CSS 2025 examination.
According to details, Muhammad Bilal, son of Pir Muhammad who serves as a naib qasid at the Deputy Commissioner’s Office Buner, achieved outstanding success in one of the country’s most competitive examinations despite limited financial resources.
Speaking to Geo News, his father said that his son attained this milestone through hard work, determination, and consistency. He added that he had always emphasized education and discipline as the key to success.
Pir Muhammad expressed gratitude to Allah for his son’s achievement and said that Muhammad Bilal’s success serves as an inspiration for students from underprivileged and middle-class backgrounds.
Muhammad Bilal completed his BS in English from Islamia College University, Peshawar. His achievement has been widely appreciated by local residents and social circles, who continue to congratulate him on his success.
