Bushra Bibi Nominated in 11 Cases, Including GHQ Attack
Islamabad: Significant progress has been made in the cases against Bushra Bibi in the Islamabad High Court. The court conducted hearings regarding the details of cases filed against Bushra Bibi.
The NAB prosecutor, responding to the court’s orders, revealed that there are 4 cases registered against Bushra Bibi in NAB, with three cases in Rawalpindi and one in Lahore. Both Rawalpindi and Islamabad police have submitted their responses, while FIA and Balochistan police have not responded yet.
Rawalpindi police have nominated Bushra Bibi in eleven cases, including the GHQ attack, and presented details of these cases in the High Court. The Chief Police Officer of Rawalpindi submitted the report in the High Court. The court has issued a fresh notice to FIA and Balochistan police for further hearing of the case on Monday.
Bushra Bibi is accused in cases related to attacks on Army Museum, GHQ Gate 4, burning of sensitive military buildings in President Cantt, attacks on offices of sensitive agencies in various areas including Thana R.A. Bazaar, Soul Line, New Town, City, Waris Khan, and Taxila Thana.
There is a possibility of Bushra Bibi being arrested at any time, and all investigating officers from these police stations will soon approach the court for physical remand.
