Trump Says Iran Deal Talks Progressing, Thanks Pakistan and Gulf Allies

Arizona: Former US President Donald Trump has said that negotiations with Iran are progressing well, adding that talks will continue over the weekend.
Addressing an event in Arizona, Trump claimed that the United States plans to retrieve nuclear materials from Iran, stating that Washington would obtain Iran’s “nuclear dust.” He reiterated that Iran would never be allowed to possess nuclear weapons and added that no financial exchange would take place under any potential deal.
Trump also expressed gratitude to Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Army Chief Asim Munir, calling them “strong personalities” and thanking them for their support.
The former president extended his appreciation to regional allies including Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain, praising their role and describing them as supportive partners.
Commenting on NATO, Trump claimed that he had received a call from the alliance seeking assistance but asserted that the US no longer needed help. Referring to NATO, he said the alliance depends more on the United States than vice versa.
