Turbat:Relatives of missing persons, hailing from various areas of Kech district, have completed seven days at their protest camp, initiating a hunger strike. The camp, situated in front of the Kech district administration office, has been ongoing amidst the closure of the offices of Commissioner Makran, Treasury Department, and Kech District Chairman for the past week. The relatives insist that until their loved ones are recovered, they are compelled to pursue all options available through protest.
The hunger strike commenced one week after the completion of the camp, with the relatives asserting, “If our loved ones are not recovered, we will be forced to act on all protest options.” In distressing news, Bibi Sharatoon, the mother of the missing person Balida from the camp, suffered a deteriorating health condition and lost consciousness, requiring medical assistance. The camp accommodates a significant number of women and children from various regions of Kech district.
Leaders from various political and social organizations, including BSO Pajjar, Haq Do Movement, and others, participated in the camp to express solidarity and unity.
