TikTok Star Sajjal Malik Reveals Family Connection with Actor Imran Ashraf Amid Fake Video Leak Scandal

Lahore:Pakistan’s popular TikTok star and anchor, Sajjal Malik, who recently fell victim to a fake obscene video leak, has revealed her familial connection with renowned actor Imran Ashraf.
In a recent podcast interview, Sajjal shared that Imran Ashraf is actually her mother’s cousin, making them close relatives. She explained, “Imran Ashraf is a close family member. He is my mother’s cousin and often attends family gatherings.”
Sajjal emphasized that she had never used this family connection to advance her career. “I have never utilized this relationship for professional gains,” she stated firmly.
Interestingly, Sajjal also mentioned that she has never met Imran Ashraf in person, nor have they appeared together on any show. However, she did try to reach out to him through Instagram when she was looking to break into acting. “I messaged him and even sent a picture of my mother. He had promised to recommend me, but unfortunately, my Instagram account was hacked, and the contact was lost,” Sajjal lamented.
She also expressed regret that her initial dream was to become an actress. However, fate had other plans, and her career in anchoring began by chance, eventually turning into a successful journey.
