Ben Cutting and Erin Holland Welcome First Child After Years of Struggle
AUSTRALIA: Australian model and television presenter Erin Holland and her husband, former cricketer Ben Cutting, have welcomed their first child after several years of an emotionally and physically challenging journey to parenthood.
The couple shared beautiful pictures on Instagram showing them spending emotional moments with their newborn. In the accompanying caption, they revealed that their baby was born on August 18.
“Suddenly, it all made sense. It was always you,” the couple wrote in the heartfelt caption.
Erin Holland had previously revealed that she and Ben Cutting had been trying to become parents for around five years. During this period, the couple underwent 20 IVF cycles, five egg retrievals and seven embryo transfers.
They also faced four miscarriages and one ectopic pregnancy during their journey to parenthood.
The prolonged treatment and repeated setbacks made the experience extremely difficult for both Erin and Ben emotionally and mentally.
The couple’s announcement has drawn warm wishes from fans and followers, who congratulated them on the arrival of their first child.
