PMA Quetta Zone Issues Final Show-Cause Notice to Two Doctors Over Alleged Unauthorized Use of Association Name
Quetta: The Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) Quetta Zone has issued a final show-cause notice to Dr. Aftab Hussain Kakar and Dr. Ahmed Wali over the alleged unauthorized use of the name and platform of the association.
According to a statement by the PMA Quetta Zone spokesperson, the decision was taken with the consensus of the cabinet and general body.
The notice states that the two doctors were allegedly involved in the unauthorized, illegal, and unconstitutional use of the name, logo, letterhead, representation, and reputation of Pakistan Medical Association Balochistan.
The statement further clarified that the cabinet tenure of the individuals had ended in 2022, and they no longer hold any official authority to represent the organization.
The PMA Quetta Zone has warned that failure to submit a satisfactory response within the stipulated time will result in strict disciplinary and legal action against them.
