PkMAP Strongly Condemns Chaman Railway Crossing Blast, Demands Immediate Action Against Perpetrators

Quetta (Qudrat Daily) — Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PkMAP) has strongly condemned the train blast at Chaman Railway Crossing in Quetta, terming it a serious attack on the peace and security of citizens.

In a press release issued by the party’s central secretariat, it said that innocent passengers in Quetta and adjoining areas were once again targeted in the incident, resulting in injuries to several people and spreading fear and panic across the city.

The statement said that since the city’s law and order was handed over to certain elements, incidents of terrorism, insecurity, robbery, theft, and dacoity had increased by 200 percent, leaving the entire city and province at the mercy of anti-social and destructive forces.

The party alleged that the “Form 47 imposed” non-elected representatives were indifferent to public suffering and remained engaged in corruption, bribery, nepotism, and looting, showing no concern for the protection of citizens’ lives and property.

It further stated that due to the closure of the Chaman Railway Crossing, vehicles and passengers stranded on both sides were also affected by the blast, resulting in loss of lives and injuries, which was described as deeply tragic.

PkMAP expressed solidarity with the families of the victims and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured. The party demanded that the perpetrators of the attack be immediately arrested and given the strictest possible punishment.

The statement concluded that the party would continue to raise its voice at all forums against such incidents and would keep striving for the protection of public lives and safety.
