Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Qatari Prime Minister Discuss Regional Situation in Phone Call

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister of Shehbaz Sharif held a telephone conversation with the Prime Minister of Qatar, during which both leaders discussed regional and international developments in a cordial and friendly atmosphere.
According to official sources, the two sides exchanged views on the evolving geopolitical situation and emphasized the importance of continued diplomatic engagement.
During the call, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif appreciated Qatar’s constructive role in regional diplomacy and its ongoing mediation efforts in various international matters.
Both leaders agreed on the need for sustained communication and close consultation to address shared challenges. They also decided to maintain regular high-level contacts to ensure progress on mutual understanding and cooperation.
The Pakistani Prime Minister conveyed good wishes for the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, and expressed anticipation for his official visit to Pakistan in the near future.
The discussions reaffirmed the strong bilateral ties between the two countries and their commitment to continued cooperation at multiple levels.
