Woman Killed During Robbery Resistance in Dera Bugti, Two Injured in Separate Road Accidents
Dera Murad Jamali (Daily Qudrat Quetta): A woman was killed during a robbery incident in Dera Bugti’s Sui area, while two others, including a child, were injured in separate road accidents in different parts of the region, police said.
According to police sources, armed robbers entered a house in Sui with the intent to commit robbery. During the incident, the woman resisted the intruders, prompting the assailants to open fire. She sustained fatal injuries and died on the spot.
Police shifted the body to a nearby hospital for legal formalities and later handed it over to the family. Law enforcement officials cordoned off the area and launched a search operation to arrest the suspects.
In a separate incident in the jurisdiction of Mando Jaffar police station near Goth Ghafur in Tamboo area, a collision between two motorcycles left one person, identified as Ali Murad son of Ghulam Hussain Jamali, seriously injured. He was shifted to the Teaching Hospital Dera Murad Jamali for treatment.
In another road accident on Shahid Mir Muhammad Murad Abro Road in Dera Murad Jamali city, a student named Wasim Bugti fell from a motorcycle during construction work on the road and sustained injuries. He was also moved to the Teaching Hospital Dera Murad Jamali for medical care.
