During the meeting, citizens presented their concerns, complaints, and suggestions, which Jatuk received with attention, seriousness, and empathy.

Haji Ali Madad Jatuk assured the public that relevant departments and senior authorities would be contacted for the prompt and effective resolution of their issues, and practical measures would be taken.
