Crackdown on Quack Clinics in Quetta: Fines and Warnings Issued to Four Clinics

**Quetta:** The Balochistan Health Care Commission (BHCC) has launched a strict crackdown on unregistered and unauthorized medical clinics in Quetta. The Anti-Quackery Enforcement Team conducted inspections on Jan Muhammad Road and Faqir Muhammad Road, targeting illegal healthcare facilities.
According to focal person Dr. Bismillah Kakr, during Tuesday’s operation, three unregistered clinics and one unlicensed dental clinic were fined, while two other clinics received verbal warnings and were instructed to immediately comply with BHCC regulations.
Officials emphasized that the action aims to protect public health, ensure patient safety, and eliminate quackery in the province. The Commission also warned that similar strict measures will continue across Balochistan, urging all healthcare providers to complete registration and licensing without delay.
