Balochistan: Major Fake Local and Domicile Certificates Scandal in Hub; 442 Certificates Found Fake — DC and ADC Suspended on Inquiry Committee’s Recommendation

**Quetta:** In a serious administrative scandal in Hub, Balochistan, the provincial government has taken strict action following an inquiry into the issuance of fake local and domicile certificates.

The fact-finding committee, headed by **Member Board of Revenue Bashir Bangulzai**, revealed in its report that out of **422 local certificates issued, 133 were fake**, while **309 of 409 domicile certificates** were found to be fraudulent.

Based on the committee’s recommendation to transfer responsible officials, **Chief Secretary Balochistan Shakeel Qadir Khan** immediately suspended **Deputy Commissioner Nisar Ahmed Lango** and **Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Ali Raza Khosa** for **90 days (three months)**.

The suspension, issued under **Section 6 of the Balochistan Employees Efficiency and Discipline Act 2011**, is effective immediately. Further action will be taken in accordance with the inquiry committee’s recommendations.
