Protest in Chaman After Citizen Killed Amid Rising Insecurity, Pashtunkhwa MAP Demands Justice

**Chaman (Daily Qudrat Quetta):**
The Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PMAP) has strongly condemned the brutal killing of party worker **Gul Muhammad Norzai** and the injury of **Mohammad Qasim** in Chaman city, describing the incident as a result of the ongoing **lawlessness and rising crime in the area**.

In a district press release, PMAP highlighted that the deteriorating security situation in Chaman and surrounding areas has left citizens’ lives and property **unsafe**, blaming the provincial government, district civil and police administration, and security agencies for failing to protect the public.

The party also criticized the **deliberate closure of trade activities along the Durand Line**, calling it an economic assault on Pashtun traders that has pushed many households into poverty amid rising unemployment.

PMAP announced that **February 8** will mark two years since the enforcement of Form 47 and the imposed government, and on this day, a **shutter-down and wheel-jam strike** will be observed across the province and nationwide.

The party extended **condolences to the family of the deceased Gul Muhammad Norzai** and demanded proper medical treatment for the injured Mohammad Qasim.
