Tehreek Tahaffuz-e-Aeen Pakistan Announces Black Day on November 21; Black Flags and Protests Planned Across Balochistan

QUETTA: Tehreek Tahaffuz-e-Aeen Pakistan has announced that **November 21, 2025** will be observed as *Black Day* across Balochistan and the rest of the country. The decision was taken during the provincial meeting held at the central secretariat of the Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PkMAP), chaired by Central General Secretary Abdul Rahim Ziaratwal. Leaders from PTI, Balochistan National Party (BNP), Majlis Wahdat-ul-Muslimeen, and PkMAP attended the session.

According to the meeting, in line with the announcement made by movement leader Mahmood Khan Achakzai, **black flags will be hoisted outside mosques after Friday prayers**, and slogans such as *“Such a constitution, a morning without light — I do not accept,” “Long live democracy,” “Down with dictatorship,” “Release Imran Khan and all political prisoners”* will be raised during protests.

All participating parties instructed their workers to fully prepare for Black Day and urged the public to join in large numbers. Leaders stated that political parties across all districts of Balochistan would hold organized demonstrations against what they called the “so-called government” and its controversial constitutional amendments.

The meeting condemned the government formed under “Form-47” and described the current constitutional changes as an attack on the spirit of the Constitution and the federal structure. They asserted that the amendments aim to centralize power in the hands of a single individual and place state institutions under personal control — calling it a dangerous move for the country’s future.

In conclusion, the people of Balochistan and all pro-democracy forces were urged to participate wholeheartedly in the protests against the “unconstitutional amendments” and the “undemocratic actions” of the current administration, and to stand with Tehreek Tahaffuz-e-Aeen Pakistan.
