Police Operation Leads to Rescue of Five Abductees and Arrest of Two Kidnappers

Punjgur:Punjgur City Police conducted a targeted operation resulting in the rescue of five abducted individuals and the arrest of two kidnappers, Ibrahim and Muhammad Ali, during the operation. According to Punjgur Police, acting on confidential information, a targeted operation was conducted in the Khudaabadan Sarawan area of Punjgur, where five abductees were rescued and two kidnappers were apprehended. The rescued abductees include Kashif Muhammad Sajid, Ali Sher, Abid Shah, and Babar.

Police sources revealed that the arrested suspects had kidnapped the victims eleven days ago under the pretext of work in exchange for ransom. The Punjgur Police have registered a case regarding the abduction at the City Police Station.

It is notable that SP Punjgur, Syed Fazil Shah Bukhari, had formed a team for the recovery of the abducted individuals. Under the supervision of DSP City and with the support of the technical team, the targeted operation was conducted upon receiving information about the presence of kidnappers in the Sarawan Khudaabadan area. During the operation, five abductees were successfully rescued, and the two kidnappers were arrested. The arrested suspects have been handed over to investigation authorities for further interrogation.

Efforts are underway to apprehend other accomplices involved in the abduction of the boys. SP Syed Fazil Shah Bukhari stated that efforts are being intensified to apprehend the other suspects involved, who will soon be brought to justice according to the law.
