Manchester Police Release Details on Pakistani Cricketer Haider Ali’s Case

Manchester: Manchester Police have released details regarding an investigation involving Pakistani cricketer Haider Ali.
According to *Express News*, police received a complaint of sexual assault on August 4, which allegedly occurred on July 23 within the jurisdiction of Manchester. A 24-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident. However, he has been released on bail pending further investigation.
Haider Ali has been summoned again after two weeks and is currently restricted from leaving the UK until the investigation is complete.
The incident reportedly took place during the recent tour of England by the Pakistan Shaheens cricket team. So far, neither Haider Ali nor his legal representatives have made any public comment regarding the matter.
News of his arrest and subsequent bail surfaced yesterday, following the allegation of sexual assault by a woman.
