Pakistan Wins Series 2-1 After Beating West Indies in Third T20

Islamabad: Pakistan defeated the West Indies in the third and final T20 match to claim the series 2-1.
Winning the toss, Pakistan opted to bat first. The opening pair of Sahibzada Farhan and Saim Ayub provided a solid start, with Farhan scoring 74 runs before being dismissed when the score was 138. Saim Ayub was joined by Hassan Nawaz, who scored 15 runs before being dismissed.
At 160, Mohammad Haris was run out after making just 2 runs. Saim Ayub was dismissed for 66 runs at a team total of 170. Khushdil Shah and Faheem Ashraf remained not out at 11 and 10 runs, respectively.
Pakistan posted a total of 189 runs for 4 wickets in 20 overs, setting West Indies a target of 190. Pakistan made two changes to the lineup, bringing in Haris Rauf for Shaheen Afridi and Khushdil Shah for Fakhar Zaman.
For the West Indies, Jason Holder, Roston Chase, and Shamarh Brooks each claimed one wicket.
In reply, West Indies’ top scorers were Joël Andrew with 24, Rutherford with 51, and Alik Athanaze, who made a blistering 60 runs. West Indies finished their innings with 176 runs for 6 wickets in 20 overs, falling short by 13 runs.
Pakistan’s bowling attack was led by Hasan Ali, Mohammad Nawaz, Haris Rauf, Saim Ayub, and Sufiyan Maqeem, with each player picking up one wicket.
