Pashtun Students Federation Condemns Violence and Intimidation by Principal in Quetta College
Quetta:The Pashtun Students Federation, along with the Provincial Election Committee Chairman Razaq Asim, issued a joint statement condemning recent acts of violence against their colleagues at La College in Quetta. According to their statement, the principal of the college has allegedly been involved in orchestrating incidents of student confrontation within the institution.
The Federation expressed concern over the deteriorating peaceful environment at the college, blaming the principal for instigating discord among students. They emphasized their commitment to thwart all attempts of violence that may disrupt the academic pursuits of students and scholars.
They further criticized the administration’s misguided approach, asserting that such cowardly actions of inciting animosity among students will not deter their mission. The Federation leaders underscored their dedication to the philosophy of non-violence and maintaining a peaceful environment in educational institutions, crucial for alleviating educational disparities among underprivileged children.
“We will not allow anyone to jeopardize the integrity of institutions or impose their personal agendas,” they declared.
The leaders of the Pashtun Students Federation demanded swift action against the principal of La College for his alleged role in these actions, urging his immediate removal from office. They warned of intensified protests if their demands are not met promptly.
