ICC Champions Trophy Schedule Revealed for Matches in Pakistan

Lahore: The anticipated schedule for matches of the ICC Champions Trophy to be held in Pakistan next year has been unveiled. The tournament, featuring 8 top teams divided into 2 groups, will kick off with Pakistan-India clash on March 1st, with the final set for March 9th in Lahore.
According to the proposed schedule of ICC Champions Trophy matches, Pakistan, India, New Zealand, and Bangladesh form Group A, while Australia, England, South Africa, and Afghanistan are placed in Group B.
Host Pakistan will host group matches across Lahore, Karachi, and Rawalpindi. The opening match is scheduled for February 19th in Karachi between Pakistan and New Zealand. On February 20th, Lahore will witness the clash between India and Bangladesh, followed by Afghanistan taking on South Africa in Karachi on February 21st. February 22nd will see Australia facing England in Lahore, and February 23rd features India against New Zealand in Lahore.
Pakistan and Bangladesh will meet on February 24th in Rawalpindi, with Lahore hosting Afghanistan versus England on February 25th. Rawalpindi will then host Australia versus South Africa on February 26th, and Lahore will see Bangladesh against New Zealand on February 27th. The group stage concludes with Afghanistan versus Australia in Rawalpindi on February 28th.
The traditional rivalry match between Pakistan and India is set for Lahore on March 1st, followed by South Africa versus England in Rawalpindi on March 2nd. The first semifinal will be held in Karachi on March 5th, with the second semifinal scheduled for March 6th in Rawalpindi. The final of the Champions Trophy will take place in Lahore on March 9th.
