Bilawal, Tell Us Who is Digging the Potholes in Our Path,” Sohail Afridi Demands Amidst Rally Obstacles

HYDERABAD – Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi has directly challenged Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari to reveal the forces behind the obstacles placed in the way of his convoy in Sindh. The PTI leader’s remarks came as he accused the Sindh government of placing containers and digging up roads to hinder his political rally in Hyderabad and Karachi.

Addressing a gathering of party workers at the Tando Jam Toll Plaza, CM Afridi highlighted the contradiction between Bilawal’s welcoming words on social media and the alleged actions on the ground. He questioned the PPP leadership over the road blockades, urging them to either accept responsibility or name the individuals orchestrating these measures .

“My message for Bilawal Bhutto is that obstructions are being raised in our way. Containers are being placed and craters are being dug,” the KP Chief Minister stated . He questioned whether the Sindh government or some other forces were behind these actions . “Is this being done by your [PPP] government or by someone else?” he asked .

Recalling Bilawal’s gesture of hospitality, Afridi pointed to the ground realities as contradictory. He said that the people of Sindh would not tolerate the treatment of their guests in such a manner . He demanded that Bilawal Bhutto Zardari publicly clarify the situation, insisting he must name those responsible for the obstacles or face the public’s ire .

Despite the hurdles, CM Afridi expressed determination to proceed with the convoy’s planned schedule. He reaffirmed his intention to travel to Hyderabad and Karachi, declaring that even if he could not reach Karachi on Sunday, he would reach it tomorrow without leaving Sindh . He further called on his supporters to maintain their enthusiasm until the scheduled party protest on September 27
