Ziaullah Langove Rejects BYC Allegations as False and Baseless, Plans Legal Action

Quetta: Former Balochistan Home Minister and Central Vice President of Balochistan Awami Party, Mir Ziaullah Langove, has strongly rejected the allegations made by the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) regarding the Fourth Schedule, calling them false, fabricated, and baseless. He announced his intention to take legal action against the committee.
In an official statement, Langove clarified that he currently holds no ministerial position and has no authority to remove or add anyone to the Fourth Schedule list. “If BYC has any evidence against me, they should present it before the Baloch people. Otherwise, I reserve the right to pursue legal action,” he said.
Langove accused the BYC of attempting to discredit those who participate in Pakistan’s parliamentary politics without any investigation or proof. “This has always been their pattern — to mislead the Baloch nation with lies and baseless accusations to please foreign benefactors,” he added.
He further stated that none of the individuals listed in the Fourth Schedule have ever approached him regarding their status, emphasizing that the BYC’s claims are entirely unfounded. “Our commitment remains with parliamentary politics and serving the public,” Langove concluded.
He also confirmed that consultations with legal experts are underway, and any necessary action will be taken to counter the defamatory claims.
