Three Bullet-Riddled Bodies of Unidentified Men Found Near Petrol Pump in Sohbatpur
SOHBATPUR: Three unidentified bodies bearing multiple bullet wounds have been recovered near a petrol pump and a police check post in Sohbatpur district of Balochistan.
According to local reports, the bodies were found within the jurisdiction of Jiani Police Station in the new tehsil of Jiya Khan Khosa, near the petrol pump of former Union Council Nazim Muhammad Ishaq Khosa and a nearby police check post.
Following the discovery, the police station’s clerk took the bodies into custody and immediately shifted them to the Civil Hospital due to a shortage of police personnel.
However, police and medical staff faced serious difficulties because the Civil Hospital does not have a morgue facility.
As the identities of the deceased remain unknown, police are expected to transfer the bodies to Dera Allah Yar or Dera Murad Jamali for safe preservation and identification.
Authorities will keep the bodies at a morgue there while efforts are made to establish their identities and determine the circumstances surrounding their deaths.
