Nawaz Sharif Approves PML-N Tickets for Reserved Seats in AJK Assembly

LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Nawaz Sharif has approved the party’s nominations for reserved seats in the Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Legislative Assembly.

According to the party, Nawaz Sharif issued the official party tickets with his signatures based on the recommendations of the PML-N Parliamentary Board.

For the reserved seats for women, party tickets have been awarded to Maryam Zaman, Maryam Idrees, Seharish Qamar and Riffat Abid.

In addition, Abdul Rehman, son of Muhammad Bashir, has been awarded the PML-N ticket for the reserved seat allocated to Kashmiris residing abroad.

The party said all PML-N candidates contesting the reserved seats in the AJK Legislative Assembly have received their tickets with the approval and signatures of party president Nawaz Sharif.
