Lahore: Video of Two Women Before Police Custody Emerges After Their Deaths

LAHORE: A video showing two women shortly before they were taken into police custody has emerged following their deaths while in the custody of Township Police.

According to the police, the video has been made part of the ongoing investigation into the deaths of the two women.

The footage reportedly shows both women arguing with residents in Township B Block. The residents were allegedly demanding the return of money believed to have been taken during a criminal incident.

The women can also be seen attempting to leave the scene before the police arrived.

Police said the mobile phone video is now part of the investigation. An inquiry into the deaths of the women is being conducted under the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC).

Police officials said all evidence and findings would be made public once the inquiry is completed.
