Quetta Kidnapping Protest Committee Threatens to Block National Highways Over Musawar Kakar’s Non-Recovery
Quetta:The committee leading the protest over the kidnapping of schoolboy Musawar Kakar in Quetta has announced plans to escalate their protest by blocking major national highways if the child is not recovered. The protest committee, which has been vocal about the lack of progress in the case, expressed their concerns regarding the abduction of a jeweler’s son and the failure to recover him within three days.
The committee declared that if Musawar Kakar is not found, a demonstration will take place tomorrow, with both boys and girls participating in the protest. In a strong warning, they also announced that on November 12, they will block national highways across Balochistan, including key routes from Quetta to Zhob, Karachi, Loralai, Chaman, and Taftan. The protesters have stated that if their demands are not met and the child remains missing, they will take further severe actions to press for his recovery.
The escalating protest reflects the growing frustration and outrage in Quetta over the increasing number of abductions and the perceived lack of response from authorities. The committee’s warning to block major highways highlights the urgency with which they are demanding action from the authorities to secure the safe return of Musawar Kakar.
