Balochistan CM Announces Civil Award for Civil Hospital Employee Abdul Razzaq Tareen for Bravery During Acid Attack

Quetta (Qudrat Daily) – Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti has announced a civil award for Civil Hospital Quetta employee Abdul Razzaq Tareen in recognition of his exceptional bravery, dedication to duty, and humanitarian spirit during the recent acid attack on Lady Doctor Mah Noor Nasir.
In a statement, the chief minister said that Abdul Razzaq Tareen demonstrated extraordinary courage by immediately rushing to assist the victim despite the danger to his own life. He sustained burn injuries while helping the female doctor and displayed remarkable responsibility and selflessness under extremely challenging circumstances.

Sharing his views in a message posted on social media platform X, Mir Sarfraz Bugti said that individuals who put themselves at risk to save lives and help others are among society’s most valuable assets. He added that Abdul Razzaq Tareen’s timely action reflected the highest standards of humanity, professional commitment, and moral values.
The chief minister stated that the Government of Balochistan would confer a civil award upon Abdul Razzaq Tareen in recognition of his courageous service. He said the award would serve to promote the values of sacrifice, compassion, and public service within society.

Mir Sarfraz Bugti further remarked that brave and dutiful individuals are a source of pride for the nation and that Abdul Razzaq Tareen’s courage deserves recognition at the national level.
