35+ Terrorists Killed in Zarghoon Ghar Intelligence-Based Operation: Shahid Rind

QUETTA: Balochistan’s Assistant Chief Minister for Political and Media Affairs Shahid Rind has said that security forces have achieved significant success in an ongoing intelligence-based operation in the Mangla Zarghoon Ghar area since May 13 against TTP and “Fitna al-Hindustan”.

He stated that more than 35 militants belonging to “Fitna al-Hindustan” have been killed during the operation, while several hideouts and camps have been completely destroyed.

According to Shahid Rind, three key commanders of the banned outfit have also been arrested. He said that important intelligence has been recovered from them, which is being used to carry out further targeted operations.

He added that the network of facilitators and support elements of “Fitna al-Khawarij” is being tightened, and additional actions are underway based on the information obtained.

The spokesperson said that the state of Pakistan will not rest until terrorism is completely eradicated. He reiterated that elements disturbing peace in Balochistan, along with their facilitators, will be brought to justice.

Shahid Rind further stated that security forces and law enforcement agencies are acting with full strength, determination, and professionalism to foil the designs of militants.

He said the operation is essential not only for the region but also for the peace, stability, and national interest of the entire country, and it will continue without interruption until the complete elimination of “Fitna al-Khawarij”.

He urged the public to fully cooperate with security forces, report suspicious activities, and actively participate in the national fight against terrorism.

He added that the entire nation stands with its armed forces and security institutions, and all malicious designs of the enemy will be defeated while Balochistan continues on the path of peace, progress, and prosperity.
