ANF Foils Arms and Drug Smuggling Attempt in Pasni, Large Cache Seized

PASN I: Anti Narcotics Force officials have foiled an alleged arms and drug smuggling attempt in the coastal town of Pasni, recovering a large cache of weapons and narcotics during a targeted operation.
According to a press release issued by the ANF, the operation was carried out by the Special Investigation Cell in Gwadar following intelligence-based information regarding smuggling activities in the coastal area of Pasni.
During the raid, a joint ANF team recovered modern weapons, including Glock pistols, along with a significant quantity of methamphetamine, commonly known as “ice.”
ANF officials said the seized narcotics are estimated to be worth millions of rupees in the international market.
Authorities stated that further investigations are underway to identify those involved in the smuggling network and determine the intended destination of the seized contraband.
