JUI Leaders Call Workers “Ideological Soldiers” at Large Training Convention in Qilla Abdullah

Qilla Abdullah (Kudrat Daily) – A large-scale ideological and spiritual training convention was held under the auspices of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam in Qilla Abdullah, where party leaders emphasized that JUI workers are not just political activists but “ideological soldiers” and custodians of a religious mission.
The convention featured senior leadership, including Maulana Abdul Wasay, Maulana Atta-ur-Rehman, Maulana Salahuddin Ayubi, Mufti Fazal Ghafoor, and Senator Haji Abdul Shakoor, who addressed a large gathering of party workers.
Speakers highlighted that the foundation of JUI politics is based on faith, knowledge, awareness, and action, which they said distinguishes the party from others. They stressed that madrassas are not merely educational institutions but strong centers of moral training, character building, and spiritual development.
Maulana Abdul Wasay stated that the party has always prioritized constitutional supremacy, democratic continuity, and protection of Islamic identity. He urged workers to adopt discipline, patience, tolerance, and high moral values as essential traits for political success.
Maulana Atta-ur-Rehman emphasized that the real strength of JUI lies in its trained and conscious workers who move forward as an organized ideological force rather than a crowd. He said the party’s politics is based on logic, wisdom, civility, and democratic struggle.
Other speakers noted the growing influence of social media and urged workers to use it responsibly, avoiding misinformation, hate speech, and character assassination while promoting constructive and respectful communication.
The convention reaffirmed the party’s commitment to strengthening unity, democratic stability, and public service efforts across the country. Leaders called on workers to engage in self-accountability, sincerity, discipline, and moral reform to strengthen both individual and collective character.
The event concluded with a renewed pledge to further organize and intensify JUI’s political and religious mission at all levels.
