Government Issues NOC to Global Crypto Exchange, Says Bilal Bin Saqib

Islamabad: Pakistan is moving toward replacing its traditional financial system with digital technology, according to officials.
Pakistan Crypto Council CEO Bilal Bin Saqib said that the government has issued a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to a global cryptocurrency exchange operating in the country.
He stated that international crypto exchanges will help combat digital money laundering and improve transparency in financial transactions.
Bilal Bin Saqib added that blockchain and artificial intelligence will make money transfers faster, safer, and more cost-effective. He said that suspicious transactions will be detected and blocked using blockchain and AI-based systems.
He further explained that digital currency and tokenization will introduce new investment opportunities, allowing broader public participation in financial markets.
According to him, tokenization will enable individuals to invest more easily, marking a significant step toward financial inclusion and modernization of Pakistan’s economy.
