Two Killed, Four Injured in Grenade Attacks and Firing Incidents in Turbat; 103 Foreign Nationals Arrested

**Turbat:** At least two people were killed and four others injured in separate incidents of grenade attacks, firing, and security operations across Turbat district, while 103 foreign nationals, including 35 women, were arrested during a crackdown, officials said.

According to police sources, unidentified assailants hurled a hand grenade at the residence of local contractor Arif Saleem in the Satellite Town area, injuring him and two others. The injured were shifted to the Teaching Hospital Turbat for medical treatment. Arif Saleem is also reported to be a local leader of the National Party in Tehsil Tump. Security forces and police cordoned off the area and collected evidence following the attack.

In a separate incident in the Hiraabad area, a hand grenade was thrown at the house of Nasir, son of Abdul Rehman, resulting in minor injuries to a boy identified as Basit Nasir.

Meanwhile, the bullet-riddled body of an unidentified man was recovered from the Maskin Nadi area. In another firing incident in Sangani Sar, Adnan, son of Musa and a resident of Shehrak, was shot dead. The bodies and injured were shifted to Teaching Hospital Turbat.

Separately, the Frontier Corps conducted an operation in the Meri area, arresting 103 Afghan nationals, including 35 women, under the Foreign Act for illegal travel. Authorities said legal proceedings have been initiated against the detainees.
