Balochistan CM Praises Successful CTD Operation, Vows State Will Ensure Law and Order with Full Force
**Quetta:** Balochistan Chief Minister **Mir Sarfaraz Bugti** has expressed satisfaction over the timely and effective operation carried out by the **Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Balochistan**, stating that law enforcement agencies successfully thwarted a major terrorist plan and protected the province from potential harm.
The chief minister said that the intelligence-based operation conducted in the **Mastung area** foiled the malicious designs of elements belonging to a banned terrorist organization. He noted that the terrorists were planning to spread unrest on a key highway and target security forces as well as innocent civilians.
Mir Sarfaraz Bugti described the CTD action as a clear example of **professional competence, vigilance, and effective intelligence coordination**, proving that there is **no space for terrorists in Balochistan**.
He emphasized that the provincial government is strictly following a **zero-tolerance policy against terrorism** and is providing full support to security institutions to safeguard the lives and property of the people.
Paying tribute to the services, sacrifices, and commitment of **CTD Balochistan and all law enforcement agencies**, the chief minister said that **Balochistan is becoming increasingly hostile for anti-state elements**, and the state will ensure the establishment of peace and order with full force.
Reiterating his resolve, Mir Sarfaraz Bugti said that **operations against terrorism will continue without interruption** until its complete elimination and the establishment of lasting peace in the province.
