He described the recent meeting between **Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Suhail Afridi** and the Prime Minister as a positive development, clarifying that the discussion focused on issues faced by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and did not involve political negotiations. He added that the mandate for political dialogue rests with **Mahmood Khan Achakzai** and **Nasar Abbas**.
Commenting on sports diplomacy, Barrister Gohar said that Pakistan should have played against India in the **T20 World Cup** instead of boycotting the match. He emphasized that Pakistan seeks to maintain good neighborly relations, but accused India of provoking instability by supporting the BLA.
He further stated that effective action against terrorism, wherever it exists, can only be ensured through full implementation of the **National Action Plan (NAP)**.
