State and Public Resolve Against Terrorism in Balochistan Is Unshakeable, Say Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and CM Bugti

Quetta: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti have reaffirmed that the resolve of the state and the people against terrorism in Balochistan remains unshakeable, stressing that the sacrifices of brave martyrs will never go in vain.

They made these remarks on Saturday while attending the funeral prayers of martyrs in Quetta and meeting security personnel and the families of the fallen at the police lines.

Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti said that the courageous security personnel confronted terrorists with bravery and determination, adding that the state has always stood with the oppressed. He said the martyrs would rise alongside the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and that the people of Balochistan are indebted to their sacrifices. The chief minister assured the families of the martyrs that every drop of blood would be avenged and urged them to remain steadfast and patient.

Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi praised the bravery of the security forces and the public, saying that the personnel carried out effective and decisive operations against terrorists. He termed the sacrifices of the martyrs unforgettable and said the entire nation salutes them.

Both the interior minister and the chief minister emphasized that state institutions and security forces remain fully alert and active to ensure peace and order in Balochistan, adding that terrorist elements would not be forgiven under any circumstances.
