Big Relief for Citizens: LDA Offers Residential and Commercial Plots on Easy Installments

Lahore: In a major relief for citizens, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has introduced residential and commercial plots in the market under its upcoming computerized ballot scheme. The computerized draw will be held on February 24, 2026.

According to LDA officials, plots located in Johar Town, LDA City, China Scheme Gujjarpura, Sabzazar, and Mohlanwal have been included in the ballot. In Johar Town’s R Block, 37 residential plots of five marlas are being offered. The China Scheme Gujjarpura includes 30 commercial plots of six and seven marlas in B-III and C-III blocks. Sabzazar’s F Block features 25 commercial plots measuring 3.44 marlas, while Mohlanwal’s D Block includes 50 residential plots of three marlas.

Additionally, LDA City has placed one-kanal residential plots in the ballot, including 13 plots in A-One Block and 17 plots in B-One Block. Citizens can acquire these plots by making payments in 12 equal installments spread over three years.

The last date to submit application forms is February 11, while application forms will be available from December 28. Successful applicants will also be eligible for a five percent discount on lump-sum payments.

The non-refundable application fees have been set at Rs20,000 for five-marla plots in Johar Town, Rs10,000 for one-kanal plots in LDA City, Rs12,000 for 3.44-marla commercial plots in Sabzazar, Rs8,000 for six and seven-marla commercial plots in China Scheme Gujjarpura, and Rs5,000 for three-marla residential plots in Mohlanwal.

Applicants can submit their forms through the LDA mobile application, official website, or designated Citizen Facilitation Centers.
