World’s Tallest Hotel Opens in Dubai: Room Rates Revealed

Dubai: The world’s tallest hotel, Ciel Dubai Marina, has officially opened in Dubai, attracting widespread international attention for its record-breaking height and stunning panoramic views.

Designed by a London-based architectural group, the hotel stands at an impressive 1,236.88 feet, making it the tallest hotel structure in the world. From its towering height, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, and the Arabian Gulf.

Project CEO Rob Burns revealed that while the goal was to create something iconic, there was no initial intention to build the world’s tallest hotel. “We aimed to design a unique and beautiful structure, but its height unintentionally turned it into a global record,” he said.

The 82-storey building features gleaming glass façades and a distinctive architectural form. A large open section near the top, known as the “Eye of the Needle,” enhances the building’s aesthetics while serving a functional purpose by allowing wind to pass through, reducing structural pressure.

Inside, the hotel offers a bright central atrium, expansive windows, and a modern interior design that provides guests with a premium and immersive experience.

Ciel Dubai Marina houses eight high-end restaurants, three swimming pools—including a spectacular infinity pool on the 76th floor—a fitness center, a business center, and multiple social and recreational spaces, making it one of Dubai’s most luxurious and distinctive hotels.

Although the hotel officially opened on November 15, 804 of its 1,004 rooms have already been booked, reflecting its strong demand. Room rates start at USD 375 per night (approximately PKR 105,000) for a deluxe room, while a king suite costs up to USD 545 per night (around PKR 153,000).

Ciel Dubai Marina is not only a striking addition to Dubai’s skyline but has also secured a unique global position due to its record-breaking height, cutting-edge design, and world-class amenities.
