Pakistan Navy Demonstrates Air-Defense Missile Capability in Northern Arabian Sea

Islamabad: The Pakistan Navy successfully conducted a live weapon firing of a surface-to-air missile in the northern Arabian Sea, reaffirming its operational readiness and combat capability.

According to the Navy’s Public Relations Department, the FM-90(N) ER missile was launched in a live-fire exercise, effectively targeting highly maneuverable aerial threats. The demonstration showcased the Navy’s ability to defend Pakistan’s maritime domain against potential aerial threats.

Rear Admiral Abdul Muneeb, Commander Pakistan Fleet, observed the exercise and praised the professionalism, dedication, and high performance of the officers and personnel involved.

In a statement, he reiterated the Pakistan Navy’s commitment to ensuring maritime security and protecting national naval interests under all circumstances.
