Two Foreign Women Convert to Islam, Marry Pakistani Men in Kot Addu

KOT ADDU:Two women from **Bulgaria and Japan** have arrived in Pakistan’s city of **Kot Addu**, where they **embraced Islam** and married local men.
**Stefanova**, a resident of Bulgaria, adopted Islam and married **Pakistani youth Adnan Gormani**. She was given the **Islamic name Maryam** after her conversion.
Similarly, **Aki Ashimoto** from Japan married **Shuaib Gashkori** following her personal choice and conversion to Islam, receiving the **Islamic name Dua Fatima**.
Both women chose **Jamiya Anwar-ul-Islam** in Kot Addu for their religious conversion and the **Islamic marriage (Nikah) ceremony**, which was duly completed at the madrasa.
According to their lawyer, after completing all **legal formalities for marriage registration**, both couples will have their marriages officially registered. Prior to this, the couples plan to **return to their respective countries** to complete all remaining **legal procedures**.
