Islamabad: Internal divisions and communication breakdowns have emerged within major political parties over the **27th Constitutional Amendment**.
According to reliable sources, **Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F)** has lost contact with **two of its senators** — one from **Balochistan** and the other from **Khyber Pakhtunkhwa**. Party chief **Maulana Fazlur Rehman** has reportedly issued **strict directives** instructing all JUI-F senators **not to vote in favor of the amendment**.
Similarly, the **Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)** leadership has also been **unable to reach two of its senators**, identified as **Saifullah Abro (Sindh)** and **Faisal Saleem Rehman (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa)**.
Party insiders revealed that **Saifullah Abro** had earlier **refused to resign from parliamentary committees** despite explicit directions from the party founder, while **Faisal Saleem Rehman** had also remained **unreachable during the 26th Amendment proceedings**.
Sources added that both **JUI-F and PTI leaderships** are now making **urgent efforts to re-establish contact** with their senators to ensure that votes on the **27th Amendment** align with their respective party positions.
