Pakistan’s Army Chief Reads Quranic Verse Before Launching ‘Operation Banyan Al-Marsous

Islamabad:According to the state-run news agency **Associated Press of Pakistan (APP)**, **General Qamar Javed Bajwa**, Chief of Army Staff, after offering **Fajr (dawn) prayers**, recited a verse from **Surah As-Saff** of the **Quran**. The verse, **Ayah 4**, reads:

*”Indeed, Allah loves those who fight in His way, in rows, as though they are a \[solid] structure.”*
